Anne McGhee is the Director of Successful Steps. Her roots in the field of personal and professional development go back to her early career in educational guidance. She very quickly identified the importance of goal-setting and coaching techniques in helping young people to develop and grow.

Before setting up Successful Steps, Anne successfully managed and delivered continuing professional development programmes for educators from all over the West of Scotland. In doing this, she began to appreciate the value of online environments for professional development and incorporated this into her thinking.

Now, a fully trained coach with 20 years of experience in education and professional development, Anne recognises how the power of coaching can bring vibrancy to any walk of life; personal, business and the public sector, and has endorsements from clients in all these areas.

Anne is also a founding partner of Grow Networking a non membership business network which provides a range of unique networking events and development workshops that are designed to facilitate you meeting a number of new and interesting people in an informal way.
